KWFinder, SERPChecker, SERPWatcher, LinkMiner and SiteProfiler share the same dark top bar. On its left you switch between tools. On its right are the free tools and your account menu, which shows what is left of your limits. Each tool's own menu, with Help, sits under the top bar. Your plan, invoices and billing details are on your Mangools dashboard.
Switch between Mangools tools
The top bar lists the five SEO tools, each with the job it does: KWFinder (Keyword Research), SERPChecker (SERP Analysis), SERPWatcher (Rank Tracking), LinkMiner (Backlink Checker) and SiteProfiler (Site Explorer). The tool you are in is shown in bold. Select another name to open that tool.
After the five tools comes the AI Search Watcher button. AI Search Watcher opens in a new browser tab, and it has its own layout and menus.
On a small screen, the list of tools is hidden. Select the menu icon next to the Mangools logo to see it.
Each tool's own menu
Under the top bar, each Mangools SEO tool has its own menu. In KWFinder, it reads Search, Import, Lists, History, Keyword Gap and MCP server. On the right of that menu are the theme button, the keyboard icon and the Help menu.
Free SEO tools in the top bar
The Mini SEO tools menu in the top bar lists the free Mangools tools, such as SERP Simulator and Reddit Threads Finder. Each one opens on mangools.com. See Mangools free SEO tools and their limits.
On the Free and Free+ plans, the top bar also shows an Upgrade now button. It opens the pricing page.
Your account menu and remaining limits
Select your avatar at the top right of KWFinder or any other Mangools SEO tool to open the account menu. From top to bottom, it shows:
Your email address, which opens your Mangools dashboard, and Log out.
Two badges: your Mangools plan, for example "MNGLS FREE+", and your AI Search Watcher plan, "AI PRO" or "AI FREE".
Four bars: Keyword lookups, SERP lookups, Site lookups and Backlink rows. Each shows what is left and when it resets.
The size of your plan's other limits, such as Related keywords and Tracked keywords.
Upgrade your Mangools account and Upgrade your AI Search Watcher account.
Billing info and Account settings.

AI Search Watcher's account menu is shorter: Upgrade your account, My subscriptions, Account settings and Log out. Its top bar shows how many monitors and prompts you use.
Your Mangools dashboard
Your Mangools dashboard is at mangools.com/apps. Billing info and Account settings in the account menu open it in a new tab. Its top menu has these pages:
Your plan: your plan, the date your current period ends and auto-renewal. See Your subscription: renewal, auto-renewal and where to manage it.
Invoices and Billing: your invoices, billing address, VAT number and card.
Affiliate: the Mangools affiliate program.
Team: sub-users, on plans that include them.
API and MCP: your API token and the AI assistant connection.
Settings: your account settings. Account settings in the account menu opens this page.
Only the account owner sees Billing info in the account menu. A sub-user does not.
Guides and tours inside the tools
Each Mangools SEO tool has a Help menu at the top right. It links to that tool's guide on the Mangools blog and to other SEO guides. It also links to the blog, the affiliate program and the FAQ. In KWFinder, it starts a guided tour too: under Interactive walkthroughs, select Find keywords ideas.
The Help menu has no contact option. To reach us, see Contact Mangools support.
Dark mode
The sun or moon button next to the Help menu changes the color theme. Each click moves to the next theme: Light, then Dark, then Auto, which follows your computer's setting. Light is the default.
The Mangools SEO tools share the theme in your browser. If you switch to Dark in KWFinder, SERPChecker opens in Dark too.
Keyboard shortcuts
In KWFinder, SERPChecker, SERPWatcher and LinkMiner, press Shift and ? together to see the list of keyboard shortcuts. In KWFinder, the keyboard icon next to the Help menu opens the same list.
What the Mangools tools remember
KWFinder remembers your last location and language, your filter, the columns you chose and the color theme. It keeps them in this browser only. On another computer or in another browser, you start with the defaults.
Your KWFinder lists and search history are saved in your account. You see them in any browser where you sign in.
Can you change the app language?
The Mangools SEO tools have no setting for the app language. They are in English.
In KWFinder, the language you choose next to the location is the language of the keywords you research. It does not change the language of the app.
