Mangools sells two kinds of plan. The SEO + AI plans (Basic, Premium and Agency) include every Mangools SEO tool and AI Search Watcher Pro. AI Search Watcher Pro is also sold on its own, with only small allowances for the SEO tools.

The table shows every limit. Limits are the same whether you pay monthly or annually. We checked these limits on 5 October 2026.

Prices depend on your country and on whether you pay monthly or annually, so this article does not list them. For your current price, see Plans and pricing for the SEO + AI plans. For AI Search Watcher Pro, see the AI Search Watcher pricing page.

On the Annually view, the large number on each card is the yearly amount divided by 12. The amount you pay once a year is the one marked "/ yr" under it.

A keyword lookup is one search in KWFinder: each time you press the search button. Basic includes 100 keyword lookups per 24 hours, Premium 500 and Agency 1,200. AI Search Watcher Pro includes 5.

The pricing card calls this limit "Keyword research". The account menu calls it "Keyword lookups".

Keyword suggestions are the related keywords KWFinder shows for one search. Basic shows up to 200 for each search, and AI Search Watcher Pro up to 15. For Premium and Agency, Mangools publishes no fixed number: the pricing cards say "Unlimited*", and the account menu shows ∞.

The account menu calls this limit "Related keywords".

When you search KWFinder by a domain or URL, it shows the keywords that site ranks for. Basic shows up to 25 competitor keywords for each domain search, and AI Search Watcher Pro up to 5. For Premium and Agency, the pricing card's tooltip says "up to 1K in 1 request for searches by a domain".

A SERP lookup is one search in SERPChecker. KWFinder also uses one when it calculates Keyword Difficulty (KD) for a keyword. Basic includes 100 SERP lookups per 24 hours, Premium 500 and Agency 1,200. AI Search Watcher Pro includes 5.

The pricing card calls this limit "SERP analysis". How lookups and limits work, and when they reset lists what uses a SERP lookup.

A site lookup is one website or URL you analyze in SiteProfiler. Basic includes 20 site lookups per 24 hours, Premium 70 and Agency 150. AI Search Watcher Pro includes 2. The pricing card calls this limit "Site analysis".

Backlink rows are the backlinks you can load in LinkMiner. This limit is monthly, not per 24 hours. Basic includes 100,000 backlink rows per month, Premium 500,000 and Agency 1,200,000. AI Search Watcher Pro includes 1,000. The pricing card calls this limit "Backlinks".

Tracked keywords are the keywords SERPWatcher follows for you. The limit is a total across all your trackings, not a daily amount. Basic includes 200 tracked keywords, Premium 700 and Agency 1,500. AI Search Watcher Pro includes 5. The pricing card calls this limit "Rank tracking".

One keyword tracked in one location on one device counts as one tracked keyword. The same keyword on desktop and mobile counts twice. How tracked keywords are counted explains the rule. The card also shows "∞ domains": the number of domains you track is not limited separately.

SERPWatcher updates rankings weekly on Basic and Premium, and daily on Agency. On AI Search Watcher Pro, the 5 tracked keywords also update weekly. How often SERPWatcher updates your rankings has the details.

Every SEO + AI plan includes AI Search Watcher Pro: 500 prompts and unlimited monitors. AI Search Watcher Pro on its own has the same 500 prompts and unlimited monitors. Every plan checks each prompt weekly and runs it twice on each check.

Prompts are one allowance shared by all your monitors. AI Search Watcher limits: monitors and prompts explains how they are counted.

Sub-users are extra users on your account (the pricing page calls them extra seats). Basic includes no sub-users, Premium includes 3 and Agency 5. AI Search Watcher Pro includes none. Sub-users share the limits of your account.

Simultaneous logins are how many sessions can be signed in to the account at the same time. Basic allows 1, Premium 3 and Agency 10. AI Search Watcher Pro allows 1. Simultaneous logins and the "You have been logged out" message explains what happens when you go over.

AI Search Watcher Pro is for AI Search Watcher. Its pricing card lists only AI Search Watcher features. Its SEO allowances are small: 5 keyword lookups and 5 SERP lookups per 24 hours, 2 site lookups per 24 hours, 1,000 backlink rows per month and 5 tracked keywords.

To use the SEO tools fully, you need an SEO + AI plan. SEO + AI or AI Search Watcher only: which plan do you have? shows how to check which one you are on.

Every plan on the pricing pages includes API and MCP access. There is no separate plan to buy for it. To connect an AI assistant, see Connect Mangools to your AI assistant (MCP server). For the REST API, see the Mangools API documentation.

To move to a larger plan, see Upgrade or downgrade your plan. If a limit has run out today, Out of limits? Your options explains what you can do. For more than Agency includes, contact us through the live chat or at [email protected].
