Mangools sells two kinds of plan. The SEO + AI plans (Basic, Premium and Agency) include every Mangools SEO tool and AI Search Watcher Pro. AI Search Watcher Pro is also sold on its own. That plan is for AI Search Watcher and includes only small allowances for the SEO tools.
So not every plan includes full use of every tool. If you bought AI Search Watcher Pro on its own, KWFinder, SERPWatcher and the other SEO tools work, but with very low limits.
The two kinds of plan
SEO + AI plans | AI Search Watcher Pro | |
Plans | Basic, Premium, Agency | AI Search Watcher Pro |
AI Search Watcher | 500 prompts, unlimited monitors | 500 prompts, unlimited monitors |
Keyword lookups per 24 hours | 100 to 1,200 | 5 |
Tracked keywords | 200 to 1,500 | 5 |
Where it is sold | The main pricing page | The AI Search Watcher pricing page |
The limits above are the ones shown on the Mangools pricing pages on 5 October 2026. The exception is the SEO allowances of AI Search Watcher Pro, which its pricing card does not show. Every limit of every plan is in Mangools plans compared: what each plan includes.
How to see which plan you have
Open the account menu from your avatar at the top right of KWFinder or any other Mangools SEO tool. Under your email address are two badges:
The first badge is your Mangools SEO plan.
The second badge is your AI Search Watcher plan: "AI PRO" or "AI FREE".
The badges for each plan are:
Plan | First badge | Second badge |
SEO + AI Basic | "MNGLS BASIC" | "AI PRO" |
SEO + AI Premium | "M PREMIUM" | "AI PRO" |
SEO + AI Agency | "M AGENCY" | "AI PRO" |
AI Search Watcher Pro on its own | "MNGLS FREE" | "AI PRO" |
Free+ | "MNGLS FREE+" | "AI FREE" |
An SEO + AI plan shows a paid Mangools badge and "AI PRO". AI Search Watcher Pro on its own shows "MNGLS FREE" and "AI PRO". The account menu in AI Search Watcher itself shows no badges.
What AI Search Watcher Pro includes for the SEO tools
AI Search Watcher Pro includes 5 keyword lookups, 5 SERP lookups and 2 site lookups per 24 hours. It also includes 1,000 backlink rows per month and 5 tracked keywords. It includes no sub-users. Its pricing card lists only AI Search Watcher features, so these numbers do not appear there.
You have AI Search Watcher Pro and want the SEO tools
Open the main Plans and pricing page while signed in. With AI Search Watcher Pro, each card shows its own button:
Mangools Basic: Downgrade and add Mangools
Mangools Premium: Add Mangools to subscription
Mangools Agency: Upgrade and add Mangools
If the Monthly or Annually switch shows a different billing period from yours, the button says so, for example Add Mangools and switch to annual. Each of these cards is an SEO + AI plan, so your plan then includes every SEO tool and AI Search Watcher Pro.
You have an SEO + AI plan and want only AI Search Watcher
Open the AI Search Watcher pricing page while signed in. The AI Search Watcher Pro card shows Remove Mangools from subscription. This is a downgrade: the SEO tools go back to the small allowances above. See Upgrade or downgrade your plan before you change.
Your plan is not on the pricing page
Some customers have older plans that are no longer sold. Their limits can differ from the ones in this article. Check your limits in the account menu in KWFinder, or contact us through the live chat or at [email protected].
