Every Mangools plan can be paid monthly or annually, and the limits are the same either way. An annual plan costs less per month than the same plan paid monthly. You pay for the whole year at once.
You choose with the Annually and Monthly switch at the top of the pricing table. The table opens on Annually.
What changes between monthly and annual billing
Monthly and annual billing differ only in the price and in how often you pay. Basic, Premium and Agency include the same limits on both, and so does AI Search Watcher Pro.
Monthly: you pay every month, and the plan renews each month.
Annually: you pay once for 12 months, and the plan renews each year.
Both renew automatically until you turn auto-renewal off. See Your subscription: renewal, auto-renewal and where to manage it.
How much you save with annual billing
The annual saving differs from plan to plan, and prices depend on your country. So this article gives no figure. To see your saving, open Plans and pricing and select Annually. Each card then shows:
a large price per month, which is the yearly amount divided by 12
a badge that starts with "Save", with the amount you save over a year
the year at the monthly price, struck through, and the amount you pay once a year, marked "/ yr"
The badge next to Annually at the top of the table is a rounded figure for all plans. The saving on a card is the one for that plan, so check the card of the plan you want.
Your price stays the same while you keep the subscription
Once you subscribe, your price stays the same for as long as you keep the subscription. If you cancel and subscribe again later, you pay the price at that time.
When you turn auto-renewal off, the first step of the cancellation says so: "If you don't reactivate, your subscription will expire and you may not be able to subscribe for the same price again."
Which billing period to choose
Monthly billing suits a short project, or a plan you may want to stop after a month or two. Annual billing suits a plan you will use for most of the year: it costs less per month.
An annual payment is larger, because it covers 12 months. Annual renewals also have their own refund rule, described in Refunds.
Switch from monthly to annual billing, or back
Sign in to KWFinder or any other Mangools SEO tool.
Open the account menu from your avatar at the top right, and select Upgrade your Mangools account. For AI Search Watcher Pro, select Upgrade your AI Search Watcher account instead. The pricing page opens in a new tab.
At the top of the table, select the billing period you want: Annually or Monthly.
On the card of your current plan, select Switch to annual or Switch to monthly.
Check the summary and confirm.
Moving to annual billing is handled as an upgrade, and moving to monthly billing as a downgrade. The summary shows what you pay before you confirm. Upgrade or downgrade your plan explains how a plan change is charged.
When you move from monthly to annual billing, your new prepaid period starts on the day you switch and lasts one year. When you move to monthly billing, the change takes effect at once, and any unused balance goes toward your next renewal payments.
