When a limit runs out, you can wait for it to come back, free up room, upgrade your plan, or ask us. Which of these work depends on the limit. Lookups come back on their own. Tracked keywords, monitors and prompts do not: they come back only when you delete something.

See what you have left
Open the account menu from your avatar at the top right of KWFinder or any other Mangools SEO tool. The menu shows four bars: keyword lookups, SERP lookups, site lookups and backlink rows. Each bar shows what is left. Under each bar you see the time until it resets, for example "5h 12m to reset". A bar you have not used at all says "Fully charged".
AI Search Watcher's account menu has no bars. On a wide screen, its header shows what you have used, for example "Usage: 0/1 monitors 0/5 prompts".
Your keyword, SERP or site lookups ran out
Keyword lookups, SERP lookups and site lookups reset every 24 hours. Until then, KWFinder and SERPChecker show "You're doing too much" and "You've used all of your searches", with an Upgrade my plan button. SiteProfiler shows "You're doing too much" and "You have spent all your lookups", with the same button.
You can wait for the reset. The account menu shows how long is left. Or you can move to a larger plan. Its limits apply as soon as the new plan shows in your account menu. For the numbers on each plan, see Mangools plans compared: what each plan includes.
There is no button in the apps to buy extra lookups on their own. If your plan's lookups are not enough for your work, contact us through the live chat or at [email protected].
Your backlink rows ran out
Backlink rows are a monthly limit, not a daily one. LinkMiner shows "You have spent all your lookups" until the monthly reset. The account menu shows when that is. To get more before then, upgrade your plan.
Your SERPWatcher tracked keywords ran out
Tracked keywords are a running total, so waiting does not help. When you try to add keywords to a tracking, SERPWatcher says "You've used all of your tracked keywords". When you try to start a new tracking, it says "You've reached the limit of tracked domains or keywords" and offers only Upgrade my plan. You have three options:
Free up room. Delete keywords you no longer need, or a whole tracking. A deleted keyword stops counting toward your total at once.
Ask about a keywords package. Select Add keywords package in the "You've used all of your tracked keywords" message. Once you track at least one keyword, the trackings page also shows Need more keywords? after the line that starts "Currently tracking", on every plan except Free+. Both open a chat with us. A keywords package adds tracked keywords to your current plan, from 500 keywords up, paid monthly or annually on top of the plan.
Upgrade your plan. Basic includes 200 tracked keywords, Premium 700 and Agency 1,500.
When you create a tracking with more keywords than you have left, SERPWatcher marks the extra keywords in red. Point at one and it says "Over limit (will be ignored)". Only the keywords within your limit are tracked. Every location and device counts separately. See How tracked keywords are counted.
Your AI Search Watcher prompts or monitors ran out
AI Search Watcher says "You've reached the limit of your plan." when you have no prompts or monitors left, and offers See plans. Prompts and monitors are a running total, so they do not reset.
A new monitor needs a free monitor slot and at least one free prompt. If all your prompts are used, you cannot create a monitor, even when your plan has unlimited monitors. Delete prompts you no longer need, or delete a monitor you no longer use, to free them. AI Search Watcher limits: monitors and prompts explains the rule.
You are on Agency and need more
The out-of-limits message shows Upgrade my plan on every plan, Agency included. Agency is the largest plan on the pricing page, so upgrading is not an option there. Contact us through the live chat or at [email protected], and tell us which limit you need more of. For SERPWatcher, Agency customers can add a tracked keywords package too, from 500 keywords up.
