Trouble signing in

All Mangools tools use one Mangools account, and you sign in on the Mangools sign-in page.

Written by Dev + MKT

All Mangools tools use one Mangools account, and you sign in on the Mangools sign-in page. Find the problem you have below. Each section gives the check and the fix.

The sign-in page is at mangools.com/users/sign_in. A new account is created at mangools.com/users/sign_up.

A confirmation or password email does not arrive

Mangools sends you a link by email when you reset your password. When you change your account's email address, the new address gets a confirmation link and the old one gets a notice. If one of these emails does not arrive, try these steps:

  1. Wait a few minutes, then check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

  2. Check that you typed your email address correctly when you registered.

  3. If your email is managed by your company, ask the person who runs it whether mail from Mangools was blocked or held.

  4. If it still has not arrived, contact us through the live chat or at [email protected] from the same address.

The sign-up page says your email is already taken

A Mangools account already exists for that email address. You may have registered earlier, or a colleague may have created it. Go to the sign-in page and use that address. If you do not know the password, reset it as described below.

You forgot your password

  1. Open the sign-in page.

  2. Select Forgot password? below the Sign in button.

  3. Enter the email address of your Mangools account.

  4. Select Recover my password.

  5. Open the email we send you and follow the link to set a new password.

If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder, and check that you used the address your account is under. If the link in the email no longer works, request a new one from the sign-in page.

If you know your password and only want a new one, you do not need the email. Open the account menu, select Account settings, and use its Password section.

A message about a domain limitation

If you see a message about a domain limitation, contact us through the live chat or at [email protected] with a screenshot of the message.

You are signed in, then signed out again

If a Mangools app shows "You have been logged out", you were signed out somewhere else. The usual reasons are your plan's limit on simultaneous logins, or a sign-out in another tab. Simultaneous logins and the 'You have been logged out' message explains both.

A tool keeps asking you to sign in

The Mangools tools have no sign-in screen of their own. If you are not signed in, a tool shows a window headed "Get FREE access with ALL the features". On a results page, the tool shows blurred sample data behind that window.

To sign in from the tool, select Already have an account? in that window. It opens the Mangools sign-in page and brings you back to the tool after you sign in. If you still see the window after signing in, try these checks:

  • Allow cookies for mangools.com in your browser.

  • Turn off browser extensions that block requests, such as ad blockers, for Mangools, and reload.

  • Try a private window. If sign-in works there, an extension or stored site data in your normal window is the cause.

"Access denied"

"Access denied" means your account has no right to what you tried to open, for example a tracking that belongs to another account. Check that you are signed in with the right account. If you are, and you still see "Access denied", contact us with the address of the page you tried to open.

None of this worked

Contact us through the live chat or at [email protected]. Write from the email address of your Mangools account if you can, and send the exact message you see and the browser you use. Never send us your password.
