Simultaneous logins and the 'You have been logged out' message

Each Mangools plan allows a set number of sessions signed in at the same time: 1 on Basic, 3 on Premium and 10 on Agency.

Written by Dev + MKT

Each Mangools plan allows a set number of sessions signed in at the same time: 1 on Basic, 3 on Premium and 10 on Agency. The message "You have been logged out" appears when a Mangools SEO tool finds that you were signed out somewhere else. Going over the session limit is one cause. Signing out in another tab is another.

How many simultaneous logins does each plan allow?

Plan

Sessions at the same time

Basic

1

Premium

3

Agency

10

AI Search Watcher Pro

1

Basic allows 1 simultaneous login, Premium 3 and Agency 10. AI Search Watcher Pro allows 1. These are the limits for each plan on 5 October 2026, and the plan cards on the pricing page do not list them.

A session is one signed-in browser or device.

What "You have been logged out" means

The Mangools SEO tools (KWFinder, SERPChecker, SERPWatcher, LinkMiner and SiteProfiler) check about once a minute that you are still signed in. If you were signed out somewhere else, the app shows "You have been logged out". The message offers Upgrade my plan and Sign in again.

In KWFinder, LinkMiner and SiteProfiler, the message says "You have reached maximum number of simultaneous logins for your plan." SERPWatcher and SERPChecker say you were "automatically logged out on this device" for the same reason.

The app cannot tell why you were signed out, so the message always names the session limit. The session limit is not always the reason.

Why you were signed out

  • Too many sessions. You, or someone using your login, signed in on another device or browser, and your plan's limit was reached. One of the earlier sessions is then signed out.

  • You signed out elsewhere. If you select Log out in one Mangools tab, the other open Mangools tabs notice it within about a minute and show this message. In KWFinder and the other Mangools SEO tools, Log out is under your email at the top of the account menu.

What to do when you are signed out

  1. Select Sign in again.

  2. If it happens again, count the devices and browsers where your Mangools account is signed in. Sign out of the ones you are not using.

  3. If more people use the same login, give each of them a sub-user instead, so each person has their own login.

Can you share your Mangools account with a colleague?

Sharing one Mangools login means sharing its sessions. On Basic, only one person can be signed in at a time.

The better way is sub-users (the pricing page calls them extra seats). Premium includes 3 sub-users and Agency includes 5. Basic and AI Search Watcher Pro include none.

Sub-users share your account's limits.

You need more simultaneous logins

Move to a larger plan: Premium allows 3 and Agency 10. See Upgrade or downgrade your plan, and compare every limit in Mangools plans compared: what each plan includes.
