Mangools sends reports from the tools you set up, emails about your account, and news and tips. You stop tool reports in the tool's settings, and news and tips with the unsubscribe link in each email.

SERPWatcher emails your rankings weekly or monthly, and rank alerts when a keyword enters or leaves the top 10 or the top 100. Every new tracking starts with a weekly and a monthly report to your account's email address. SERPWatcher's preview of a report email shows the sender "Your Ranking Report ([email protected])".

To stop a report, open the tracking, select Reports & Alerts, select the report and then Delete. Recipients can also use the unsubscribe link in the email. Email reports and rank alerts explains every setting, and when reports go out.

For each monitor, AI Search Watcher can email a weekly report, a monthly one, or both, to your account's email address.

With 3 or more monitors on the same schedule (weekly or monthly), you get one digest email for all of them. With 1 or 2 monitors, each monitor sends its own email. To get one email per monitor again, select "Prefer separate emails per monitor?" in the digest's footer, next to the unsubscribe link. On the page that opens, select Switch to per-monitor emails. Nothing changes until you select it, and the change applies from the next cycle.

AI Search Watcher also sends Monitoring status notifications: "We'll let you know about important changes to your monitoring." This option is on until you turn it off.

On the Free plan, AI Search Watcher pauses monitoring if you do not open its dashboard for 28 days. We email you a warning on day 21 and a notice when monitoring pauses on day 28. Opening the dashboard starts the 28 days again. See Free and Free+ plans explained.

To change these emails, open the monitor in AI Search Watcher and select Settings. Under E-mail reports, choose Weekly, Monthly, both or neither in Receive reports, and tick or untick Monitoring status notifications. Then select Save.

You can also use the unsubscribe link in a report. Nothing changes until you select Unsubscribe on the page it opens. If the page says "This link has expired.", use Settings instead.

When you start a bulk export, LinkMiner emails a download link to your account's address once the file is ready. You get one email for each export. The file is also under Download in your LinkMiner export history, until the list shows "Download expired".

We send a link when you ask to reset your password. When you change your account's email address, the new address gets a confirmation link and the old one a notice. These emails come only when you ask for them. See Change the email address on your account.

We may also email you about changes to the Mangools Terms. Emails the law requires, such as a data breach notice, have no unsubscribe option.

By registering, you allow Mangools to send you emails about updates to the tools, tips and tutorials, and system messages. Marketing emails and the monthly newsletter come only if you agreed to them: you ticked Receive product updates & special offers at sign-up, or subscribed on our website.

To stop these emails, select the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them.
