SiteProfiler does not create a PDF file itself. Export report opens your browser's print window, and you save the report as a PDF from there. The PDF holds the whole analysis: Overview, Backlinks, Top content and Competitors.
Save the report as a PDF
Analyze a website in SiteProfiler.
Select Export report at the top right of the analysis.
Wait a few seconds. SiteProfiler loads any section you have not scrolled to yet and moves down the page to draw the charts. Then your browser's print window opens.
In the print window, open the printer or destination list and choose the PDF option instead of a printer.
Save the file.
Because your browser makes the PDF, its paper size, margins and page layout come from your browser's print settings. To print on paper, choose a printer in the same window.
What the SiteProfiler PDF contains
The SiteProfiler PDF contains the four sections of the analysis, with their charts and tables. It leaves out the Mangools top bar, the search box, the left menu and the Export report button. Some sections, such as Backlinks and Competitors, start on a new page.
Export report loads only the sections you would see by scrolling down. It does not analyze the website again, so the PDF shows the same data as the page.
Export report is greyed out
Export report is greyed out while sections of the analysis are still loading. A small loading indicator shows next to it. Wait until it disappears, then select Export report again.
Export one table instead
To get the Top referring domains or the Anchor texts as a spreadsheet, use the Export button above that table and choose Export to CSV. See SiteProfiler metrics explained. To run a new analysis, see Analyze a website with SiteProfiler.
