AI Search Watcher limits two things: how many prompts you monitor and how many monitors you have. The prompts are one allowance shared by all your monitors. A new monitor needs a free monitor slot and at least one free prompt. With no prompts left, you cannot add a monitor, even on a plan with unlimited monitors.

These are the limits shown on the Mangools pricing pages on 5 October 2026.

AI Search Watcher Free includes 5 prompts. Every SEO + AI plan (Basic, Premium and Agency) and AI Search Watcher Pro include 500 prompts. AI Search Watcher Custom has a custom number.

The prompt limit is a total across all your monitors, checked every week in all the AI models you selected. It is a running total, not a monthly amount. A prompt counts for as long as it is in a monitor. Deleting a prompt or a monitor gives its prompts back.

AI Search Watcher Free includes 1 monitor. Every SEO + AI plan, AI Search Watcher Pro and AI Search Watcher Custom include unlimited monitors. A monitor is one brand and website, in one location and language. Tracking the same brand in another country is another monitor.

A new monitor needs two things: a free monitor slot and at least one free prompt. If all your prompts are used in other monitors, Create new monitor shows "You've reached the limit of your plan." This happens even when your monitors are unlimited.

On AI Search Watcher Free, which includes 1 monitor, the same message appears as soon as that monitor exists. The message offers See plans and Close. It does not say which limit you reached, so check your usage in the AI Search Watcher header.

If your monitor slots are used up, delete a monitor you no longer use, or upgrade your plan. If your prompts are used up, delete prompts you no longer need from an existing monitor. Then create the new monitor.

On a wide screen (a window at least 1,024 pixels wide), the AI Search Watcher header shows your usage, for example "Usage: 1/1 monitors 3/5 prompts". The first number is what you use. The second is your plan's limit, and "∞" means unlimited. With 500 prompts and unlimited monitors, it reads, for example, "Usage: 1/∞ monitors 3/500 prompts".

On a narrower window, the usage is hidden. Make the window wider to see it.

When you add prompts, the AI Search Watcher counter reads, for example, "3 entered | 2 available". "Available" is what is still free across your whole account, not your plan's total.

If you enter more prompts than you have available, the AI Search Watcher counter turns red. It shows how many prompts are over the limit, for example "6 entered | 1 over limit". The extra prompts are outlined in red.

You cannot create the monitor or add the prompts until you are within your limit. The counter says "Delete some of the prompts or Upgrade your account to proceed." Delete prompts until the counter is within your limit, or upgrade your plan.

Both have the same AI Search Watcher limits: 500 prompts and unlimited monitors. The difference is the SEO tools. An SEO + AI plan includes KWFinder, SERPChecker, SERPWatcher, LinkMiner and SiteProfiler with full limits. AI Search Watcher Pro includes only small allowances for them.
